Soy Lecithin

Lecithin is a generic term to designate any group of yellow-brownish fatty substances occurring in soybeans composed of phosphoric acid, choline, fatty acids, glycerol, glycolipids, triglycerides and phospholipids. Lecithin is produced during the Oil Refining process and, in recent years, gained higher relevance given its various applications such as animal feed, pharmaceuticals, paints and other industrial applications.
